• Sale of physical merchandise including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and branded goods
• Publishing and distribution of creative works and publications

2. Eligibility By using our services or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
3. Payment Terms All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed at checkout or prior to the delivery of any services.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, ACH transfer, or third-party processors. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

4. Refund Policy

• Digital products: All sales are final.
• Coaching and in-person services: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds for missed appointments.
• Physical merchandise: Refunds or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective items. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Intellectual Property All content, materials, brand assets, and intellectual property provided by Hamilton Nexus, LLC are owned by the Company or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any material without written permission.
6. User Conduct You agree to:

• Use services for personal, lawful purposes only
• Not share login credentials with others
• Not engage in harassment or misuse of any service, staff, or community platform

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.
